Refund policy

RETURN REQUIREMENTS:

  • Returns must be made within 15DAYS of the delivery day.
  • Returned items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Returns must be APPROVED by SUGAR SEOUL before shipment.
  • Returns should be sent postpaid. (Exchanges will be made after the original product is returned and the re-shipping cost is paid)
  • The returning shipping fee will only be reimbursed when it is a result of our error or damaged merchandise and provided the shipping fee does not exceed 40% of the total amount of the product. Make sure to choose the slowest or cheapest shipping option. (If even the slowest or cheapest shipping option exceeds the amount of the requirement, please consult with us before making the shipment) 

 

HOW TO RETURN:

  • To make a return request, please contact us within 15 days of delivery. Please kindly provide us your order number, the products you wish to return, and why. Once we approve your request, we will supply you with our returns address.
  • Please indicate these when sending the parcel out:
  1. Name
  2. Email
  3. Order Number
  4. Reason of return
  5. Products returned
  • Please ensure that you send it back with traceable tracking so that it will reach us safely and timely
  • Note: SUGAR SEOUL is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments for returning packages.

AFTER RETURN:

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and we will process your request. From here, we will either accept or reject your return and email you with our decision. If we have determined that your return meets the requirements above, you will be refunded the cost of the item minus shipping costs in the form of STORE CREDIT ONLY.
  • Any items that were bought discounted or through promotion are NOT ELIGIBLE for refunds.
  • Once your refund has been accepted, we will issue you with a STORE CREDIT for the product returned (the total amount of the STORE CREDIT will be the total cost of the item that you have paid minus the shipping fee) for your next purchase with us.
  • Do note that SALE ITEMS are not eligible for returns.
  • Please note that the STORE CREDIT will only be valid for 6 months.

 

REFUND POLICY

  • REFUND or RESHIPMENT will not be made if the delivery was failed due to the incorrect or insufficient address provided for shipping. 
  • If you received free shipping on your order but the order has been requested for refund, a shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error or damaged merchandise.

 

CANCELLATION and CHANGE REQUEST POLICY

  • Cancellation/Change request must be requested immediately after receiving the email confirmation. If you changed your mind not to proceed with your order or if you would like to make a change in your order, make sure to contact us immediately with your order number.
  • Please take note that cancellation can only be made within 6 hours of order placement.
